Introduction

The document helps the admin to configure the E2CA product in the org, post installing the E2CA package. It outlines how to set up a particular feature and the functional understanding behind it.

Post successful installation of E2CA from the AppExchange, the admin is required to make the below setting in their org, allowing the product to work seamlessly.

To set up the E2CA package, Click on the tab “EmailToCase Advance Configuration”.
